Skilltastic Training

Overview

At Skilltastic Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional development and corporate training services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, cancellations, or rescheduling may apply.

Due to the nature of our services—which often involve advance preparation, scheduling, and customization—refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Instructor-Led Training (Corporate Group Training)

Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 14 days before the scheduled training date: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, or request to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • 7–14 days before the scheduled training date: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund, or choose to reschedule the training (one time) at no additional cost.
  • Less than 7 days before the scheduled training date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may request to reschedule, subject to trainer availability.
  • Failure to attend (no-show): No refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations by Skilltastic Training

In the unlikely event that Skilltastic Training must cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, emergencies), clients will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling the training at a mutually convenient date.

On-Demand Courses & Digital Products

All purchases of on-demand courses, digital learning materials, downloadable resources, toolkits, templates, or workbooks are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Exceptions may be made in cases where:

  • Technical issues prevent access to the product, or
  • Refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

For subscription-based digital services (including online learning platforms):

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the customer.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law.

Customised Training & Consulting Services

Payments made for customised training programmes, consulting services, or bespoke course development are non-refundable, as these services involve upfront design, preparation, and resource allocation.

Sale & Discounted Offers

Courses or services purchased at a discounted rate, promotional price, or as part of a special offer are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • All payments are processed in USD.
  • Refund amounts may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates and banking fees.

Transfers & Substitutions

For corporate group training, participant substitutions may be permitted at no additional cost, provided Skilltastic Training is notified at least 48 hours before the training date.
