How to Register

Whether you’re enrolling in an on-demand course as an individual or booking a customised training programme for your organisation, this page walks you through each step. Follow the pathway that best matches your needs.

For Individual Learners

Individuals can access Skilltastic Training courses in two main ways: on-demand, self-paced courses with instant access and scheduled or instructor-led courses that are confirmed after payment verification.

On-Demand Courses (Instant Access)

Our on-demand courses are designed especially for individuals. Once you pay by credit card, you receive instant access to the course—no waiting for manual approval.

  1. Browse Courses: Go to the Courses page and look for courses labelled On-Demand or Self-Paced.
  2. Open the Course Page: Review the overview, learning outcomes, and duration to ensure it fits your needs.
  3. Click “Enrol Now” / “Register”: This will take you to our secure checkout.
  4. Pay by Credit Card: Complete payment using the E-Pay credit card option on the checkout page.
  5. Receive Instant Access: After successful payment, you will:
    • See a confirmation message on screen.
    • Receive an email with your course access details (or login instructions).
    • Be able to log in and start learning right away.

No manual upload is usually required for on-demand credit card payments, as your access is activated automatically. If you do not receive access or a confirmation email, please contact us.

Scheduled / Instructor-Led Courses (Individuals)

Some courses run as live virtual sessions, workshops, or cohorts. For these offerings, your access is activated after we confirm your payment.

  1. Browse Courses: Visit the Courses page and select the scheduled or instructor-led course you’re interested in.
  2. Review Details: Check course dates, delivery mode (virtual or in-person), and any prerequisites.
  3. Register or Enquire: Follow the instructions on the course page to register or submit an enquiry if dates/times need to be confirmed.
  4. Make Your Payment: Pay using one of the methods listed on our Payment Options page (Bank deposit, wire transfer, or cheque/bank draft where applicable).
  5. Upload Your Payment Receipt: After payment, upload your proof using our Upload Payment Receipt page so we can verify your registration.
  6. Receive Confirmation & Access: Once verified, we will:
    • Confirm your enrolment via email.
    • Share your meeting link (for virtual sessions) or venue details (for in-person training).
    • Provide any pre-work or materials you should review.

Verification of manual payments typically takes up to 1–2 business days after you upload your receipt.

For Corporate Clients & Group Bookings

If you’re an HR manager, team leader, or business owner, follow these steps to request and confirm training for your organisation.

Steps for Corporate / Group Training

  1. Explore the Course Catalogue: Review our corporate-ready workshops and programmes on the Courses page or in our Training Programme Guide.
  2. Submit a Course Request: Use the Request a Course page to tell us:
    • The course(s) you’re interested in
    • Preferred dates and times
    • Number of participants
    • Preferred delivery mode (virtual, in-house, or external venue)
  3. Receive a Quotation & Proposal: We’ll review your request and send a customised quotation, including pricing, duration options (half-day, full-day, or multi-week), and any tailoring based on your goals.
  4. Confirm the Booking: Once you approve the quotation, we’ll issue an invoice and confirm tentative dates.
  5. Make Payment: Pay via any method on our Payment Options page (credit card via E-Pay, bank deposit, wire transfer, or cheque/bank draft).
  6. Upload Your Payment Receipt: Upload proof of payment using our Upload Payment Receipt page so we can reconcile your payment quickly.
  7. Receive Final Confirmation: We’ll send:
    • Official confirmation of your training date(s)
    • Session links or venue details
    • Pre-session information and any materials to share with participants

For corporate clients, we can also work with purchase orders and provide supporting documentation for your internal approval process.

What Happens After You Register

  • On-Demand Courses: You receive instant access after credit card payment. Check your email (and spam/junk folder) for login details.
  • Scheduled / Instructor-Led & Corporate Training: Access is granted after your payment is verified. This usually takes up to 1–2 business days once you upload your payment receipt.
  • Communication: All confirmations, links, and updates are sent to the email address you used during registration.
  • Support: If you do not receive a confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.

Important Notes & Policies

  • Payment must be confirmed before access is granted to any course or workshop.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • For invoices, purchase orders, or special billing arrangements, please contact our accounts team.
