Payment Options

Skilltastic Training offers flexible payment methods for both individual learners and corporate workshop bookings. After completing your payment, please upload your payment receipt using the “Upload Payment Receipt” button under your chosen payment method so we can verify your enrolment and activate your access.

Available Payment Methods

Cheque or Bank Draft (Local Clients)

  • Reference: Please write the invoice number and course name on the back of the cheque or bank draft.

Once payment is made or delivered, please obtain a bank-issued receipt or take a clear photo of the cheque or bank draft and upload it below.

Alternative payment methods (by request)

If you would like to pay by Direct Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer (International Payments), please contact us for payment instructions and required banking details.

Online payments (coming soon)

We are currently implementing secure online payment options to provide a more convenient checkout experience for our clients.

Online payments will soon be available for selected services, allowing you to pay securely using major credit and debit cards.

In the meantime, payments can be made using the available methods outlined above. If you have any questions or would like to discuss payment arrangements, please contact us.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Workshops and cohort-based programmes must be fully paid at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellations require 7 days’ notice for a full refund. Within 7 days, rescheduling or partial fees may apply.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days after uploading your receipt for verification and activation.

Delivery Mode & Pricing

Training fees vary by group size, delivery mode (virtual, in-house, or external venue), course duration, and any customisation requested. Your quotation and invoice will reflect the agreed scope and delivery format.
