Purpose of These Training Terms<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      These Training Terms outline the conditions under which Skilltastic Training delivers instructor-led training,\n      workshops, and learning programmes to corporate clients and individual participants.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      By enrolling in, booking, or attending any Skilltastic Training programme, you agree to comply with these Training\n      Terms in addition to our website <strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>, <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, and\n      <strong>Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>2. Training Delivery Formats<\/h3>\n\n    <h4>a. Virtual Training<\/h4>\n    <p>\n      Delivered live via online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar). Participants are responsible for ensuring:\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Reliable internet access<\/li>\n      <li>Functional audio\/video equipment<\/li>\n      <li>A suitable learning environment<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Skilltastic Training is not responsible for disruptions caused by participant-side technical issues.<\/p>\n\n    <h4>b. In-Person Training<\/h4>\n    <p>Delivered at a client site or an agreed external venue.<\/p>\n    <p>Unless otherwise stated:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Clients are responsible for providing a suitable training room, seating, and basic facilities<\/li>\n      <li>Venue-related costs (if applicable) must be agreed in advance<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Skilltastic Training reserves the right to adjust delivery if venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.<\/p>\n\n    <h4>c. Hybrid Training<\/h4>\n    <p>Hybrid delivery combines in-person and virtual participation.<\/p>\n    <p>Clients acknowledge that:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Engagement levels may vary across delivery modes<\/li>\n      <li>Additional coordination may be required<\/li>\n      <li>Some activities may be adapted to suit both audiences<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>3. Participant Eligibility &amp; Attendance<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Training may be delivered to <strong>corporate groups<\/strong> or <strong>individual learners<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>Participants must meet any prerequisites communicated before the training.<\/li>\n      <li>Full attendance is required to receive certificates of completion (where applicable).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      Skilltastic Training reserves the right to deny certification where attendance or participation requirements are not met.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>4. Substitutions &amp; Transfers<\/h3>\n\n    <h4>Corporate Training<\/h4>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional cost if communicated at least <strong>48 hours<\/strong> before the training.<\/li>\n      <li>Substitutions after this period may not be accommodated.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4>Individual Enrolments<\/h4>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Enrolments are generally non-transferable unless approved in writing.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>5. Training Materials &amp; Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      All training materials provided, including but not limited to slides, workbooks, templates, toolkits, and digital\n      resources, remain the intellectual property of Skilltastic Training unless otherwise stated.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>Participants and organisations may:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Use materials for <strong>personal learning<\/strong> or <strong>internal organisational purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>They may not:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify materials<\/li>\n      <li>Use materials to deliver their own training programmes<\/li>\n      <li>Share materials outside their organisation without written consent<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>6. Recording &amp; Confidentiality<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Recording of training sessions (audio or video) is <strong>not permitted<\/strong> without prior written approval.<\/li>\n      <li>\n        Participants must respect the confidentiality of discussions, shared experiences, and organisational information discussed\n        during training.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      Skilltastic Training may record sessions for internal quality assurance or learning purposes, with prior notice.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>7. Trainer Substitution &amp; Programme Adjustments<\/h3>\n    <p>Skilltastic Training reserves the right to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Substitute trainers when necessary<\/li>\n      <li>Adjust content flow or activities to suit participant needs, time constraints, or delivery format<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Such adjustments do not constitute a breach of agreement.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>8. Customised Training<\/h3>\n    <p>For customised or bespoke programmes:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Content is developed based on information provided by the client<\/li>\n      <li>Significant changes requested after development may incur additional fees<\/li>\n      <li>Customised materials may not be reused or repurposed without written agreement<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>9. Conduct &amp; Participation Standards<\/h3>\n    <p>Participants are expected to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Engage respectfully and professionally<\/li>\n      <li>Follow trainer instructions<\/li>\n      <li>Contribute constructively to discussions and activities<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      Skilltastic Training reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds or credits\n      will be issued in such cases.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>10. Health, Safety &amp; Wellbeing (In-Person Training)<\/h3>\n    <p>For in-person sessions:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Clients must ensure a safe training environment<\/li>\n      <li>Participants must follow applicable health and safety guidelines<\/li>\n      <li>Skilltastic Training may suspend or terminate a session if conditions pose a safety risk<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>11. Limitation of Responsibility<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Skilltastic Training does not guarantee specific outcomes, promotions, certifications, or business results.<\/li>\n      <li>Skilltastic Training is not responsible for actions taken by participants based on training content.<\/li>\n      <li>Training is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>12. Relationship to Other Policies<\/h3>\n    <p>These Training Terms operate alongside:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/li>\n      <li>Privacy Policy<\/li>\n      <li>Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      In the event of a conflict, the more specific policy applicable to the situation will prevail.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"policy-section\">\n    <h3>13.
